Feb. 9th, 2005 10:30 pmToday is a red letter day, Ian got his 1st job! He has a trial Friday night at the pizza place! This should be interesting!
I talked to mom today, she was in a really good mood and feeling well. It's fun to hear my sister laughing, it's so easy to picture her face when she laughs. For some reason while I was driving home from taking Ian to cricket practice I started thinking about Hans and by the time I got home I was in tears. I really hate loosing people. I was thinking about when I called my brother Luther for Christmas and they were passing around the phone, suddenly I heard this "Hi Aunt Kaja" that is the last time I heard his voice, and I could sense the smile, he always had a smile in his voice, always
On a brighter note a magpie baby has been coming to feast on the almonds and walnuts and can even catch them mid air when I toss them, he's come 2 days in a row and well he's very young. I've really missed my magpie visitors for some reason they just haven't been around. This is going to be a busy weekend and I hope to get some wonderful photos, we are heading over to the beach! YAY.
