1. aromatherapy:
   It just smells good.
   Not only is it healing but different smells can bring back long forgotten memories.
2. biology:
   Life is fascinating, Anatomy and Physiology is still the best class I ever had.
3. chocolate:
   Did you know that eating a small piece of "Dark Chocolate" can lower your blood pressure, regulate your sugar levels and even lower cholesterol. It's the food of the gods.
4. dancing:
   What a great way to stay in shape. Not only that it usually involves music.
5. family:
   When you happen to have some of the most unusual people in your family of course it's an interest. Watching my children grow up is the best thing I've ever done. I love my family and even though Paul and Ian are with me I really miss Torfinn and Iver and mom. Family ties are always with you.
6. jazz:
   I love to listen to Jazz in the autumn. Especially the trumpet. Jazz always puts me in a thoughtful state of mind.
7. moby:
   I love the music he creates and I love reading his journal.
8. raves:
   Maybe a little outdated now, but there was a time when I would go and and dance myself away in a trance state. It didn't take any drugs to get me there just the music and movement. It was a wonderful way to relax.
9. the ocean:
   When ever I'm close to the ocean it's very spiritual for me. I can't really explain it but when I'm near I feel healthy
10. yoga:
    yoga is just beautiful, it opens up your body and keeps the flow.
