It's so green here, in fact it's the greenest I've ever seen Canberra. I hope that Saturday I can get out and get some photos of the hills.
They say El Nino is over, but that's not the end of our Drought. We here in Canberra are going to stage 3 water restrictions. No watering lawns except with buckets or trigger hoses. I for one don't even think that trigger hose's should be allowed. Lawns just grow back when they are rained on. People are far to vain about their lawns.
My potted plants, well I give them enough to survive but the rain has meant I haven't had to water at all. =) They are all doing wonderful.
Life is good! I hear a whole flock of Galahs' right now flying over head. They are the rather large Pink and gray birds that are everywhere! They are loud and Crazy birds
and they mate for life and live about 80 years, at least the lucky ones, it's always sad to see one hit by a car because as with most birds here in Australia you see their mate not far away just looking and crying. But it's fun to watch them flying about, they remind me of Kamikaze's
