My ideal Dwelling

In looking for a house this is what I would like it to have.

1. Water tank
2. Solar hot water with a instant hot water back up.
3. New enough not to have asbestos.
4. Light and airy
5. Kitchen in the Southeast corner.
6. Tile and Wood Flooring.
7. 3 bedrooms.
8. Sun room
9. Northern aspect.
10. Covered out door entertainment area.
11. And a Zen Garden Theme throughout the yard.
12. Natural sky lights through out.
13. And Designed so the air flows naturally Through the house in the summer.
(would love a sea breeze)
It doesn't have to be large, Just comfortable and safe.

But
I don't believe it exists.
I guess I'll
find a shell and work over the years to make it perfect.
It's really a nice thought.

This house was an older house that was remodeled And it turned out damn fine. But as you can see houses are pretty overpriced here. However in this price range I would say it's the best house.

I almost find this perfect except for the fact it's not very energy wise. But I would love to steal some of the ideas. I love how open it is.
I would really dig a Sauna.
