Calling a patient advocate did the trick (sort of). However she made an appointment for us at the wrong department.
And they wanted to be sure we knew that, the girl was telling me all this stuff we should have done. I guess I was
just supposed to know all this because no one in ER told me anything. So now on top of everything I feel guilt.
She did listen before she sent us away, and when Ian told her it had been 9 days since it happened she took him
back and put this new brace type thing on. We go back tomorrow with new X-rays because I guess the
last ones just vanished in thin air along with the paper work that the plastics department insisted that they have before seeing us.

Anyway
He's not having much luck playing his game.

I heard on the radio a couple of days ago that there's an epidemic of it (not sure if that was just in Canberra or not) and part of the reason it's out of control is that victims are not reporting it.
